!!! IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT !!!

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the IRPS Management Committee
and Board of Directors have decided to have a VIRTUAL IRPS2020 hosted online.

The Virtual IRPS2020 will be on-air from April 28 to May 30 and organized as Follow:

 

  • On April 28, 2020 the Opening session at the scheduled time (8:30 am CDT) will be running live and at the same time it will be recorded to allow the visualization of the opening event until May 30th (The opening session will include the General Chair introduction, the presentation of the Technical program and the awards).
  • After the opening session the Plenary-Keynote speakers’ presentations will be make available to all attendees (9:05 – 10:50 am, CDT).
  • At the end of the Plenary-Keynote speakers’ presentations, all the session’s presentation’s will be made available, and people will be able to access to them when they want and how many times they want.

 

Oral-papers presentation may be available in one of following format:
 PowerPoint or PDF file of the visual presentation
 PowerPoint slide show with author’s narration
 Video presentation
Poster presentation may be available in one of following format
 Poster file do be downloaded
 PowerPoint or PDF file of the Poster
 PowerPoint slide show with author’s narration
 Video presentation

Registrants can access the presentations online on demand from April 28 to May 30.
