The 2022 IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS), the industry’s premier technical conference for engineers and scientists to present the latest original research in microelectronics reliability, will be held as the first hybrid (in-person and virtual) conference in its 50+ year history from March 27 – 31, 2022 at the Hilton DFW Lakes Conference Center near Dallas, TX. The entire Symposium technical program, consisting of more than 100 invited and accepted papers, posters, as well as keynotes, workshops, and tutorials, will be presented at the in-person event, and both in-person and remote attendees will be able to participate, listen and interact in all the sessions. In addition, all IRPS registrants will be able to access the presentations online on demand until April 30.
