A topic which often yields debate by engineers and PC board designers is ‘Control of Noise, Interference and EMI’. Of the hundreds of books and technical papers written on the subjects, many are misleading as to the causes. If cause is not well understood, methods for correction will often not be fully understood, hence the confusion.
