EP3HTSDA-2: One Part Silver Conductive Epoxy with Ultra High Heat Transfer Capability
Premier die attach epoxy EP3HTSDA-2 features a very impressive thermal conductivity of 6.5-7 W/(m·K), substantially higher than other silver conductive epoxies. This video demonstrates how Master Bond EP3HTSDA-2 is dispensed and applied to a defined area without any tailing.
Electrically Isolating Epoxy with High Heat Transfer Capability
Master Bond EP5TC-80 is a one part, NASA low outgassing rated epoxy that achieves a thermal conductivity of 3.3-3.7 W/(m·K), while also retaining its electrical non-conductivity. Formulated with ultra fine particle size filler material, with the largest being 10-15 microns, it can be applied applied in thin sections. The end result is very low thermal resistance. EP41S-6: Two Component Epoxy Meets UL 1203 Standard
Master Bond's EP41S-6 epoxy has met the UL 1203 Standard for Explosion-Proof and Dust-Ignition-Proof Electrical Equipment for Use in Hazardous (Classified) Locations. Meeting this standard allows the EP41S-6 to be used in conjunction with electrical equipment that needs to be labeled as explosion proof and or dust ignition proof.
