Community partners across the country from the Yukon, to New Brunswick, and Quebec to British Columbia to tune in to the SingularityU Canada Summit

Innovation hubs, maker spaces and Universities across Canada are coming together on April 23rd and 24th to join the SingularityU Canada Summit, as 30 organizations from the Yukon to St. John create a pan-Canadian community of 61 satellite and livestream events across the country.

“Creating an inclusive and diverse pan-Canadian community of leaders and changemakers is a priority for SingularityU Canada,” says Krista Pawley, CMO and head of impact for SingularityU Canada.  “There is innovation happening in every part of the country, and the 61 satellite and livestream events will allow students, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and other changemakers to join the conversation shaping our possible future – no matter where in Canada they are.”

Strategic conversations about where exponential technology is taking us

In Edmonton, and in communities across the country, industry leaders will convene to have strategic conversations about where exponential technology is taking us and how these technologies can be used to solve the world’s biggest challenges. Canadians who are unable to attend The Summit taking place in Edmonton are invited to participate via 18 satellite events and additional livestreams.

Satellite events are more than an opportunity to watch the stream of the Summit; satellite events will leverage the mainstage content and incorporate local innovators, material, and participant-driven activities. This will allow each satellite event to empower their local communities and networks by contributing to the conversation and direction on exponential technology in Canada.
