24-7 Intouch, a global leader in contact center solutions, announced today its investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the creation of new technology jobs in Manitoba. 

The Company plans to leverage AI, Bots, Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning technology to drive a better customer experience for the clients they serve.

24-7 Intouch has grown significantly over the last two years, hiring over 6,000 people across their 13 global locations. They currently have three campuses in Winnipeg, including their downtown headquarters.
