I.C.T. Power to distribute Hitachi power semis

ICT Power Company Inc., Burlington ON, has signed a distribution agreement with Hitachi Power Semiconductors for Canada.

I.C.T. Power will distribute Hitachi’s line of high speed switching IGBT modules, high power intelligent IC’s and its versatile power diode lineup for the industrial power market across the country.
