Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. announced the appointment of Rob Finch as Ontario Territory Manager. With more than 20-years experience helping both small and large O.E.M. clients find the right electric-mechanical component solutions to meet demanding engineering needs, Finch is a strategic addition as Southwest Energy continues to grow its component business.

“When you combine our expanding family of global electrical component brands and onsite component inventory capability with Rob’s knowledge and experience, you have a winning combination,” says Bob Ashmore, Southwest national sales manager. “Finch brings global experience to the local Canadian market.”

“We can deliver valuable components in a matter of days, not weeks”

“The problem facing many global distributors is the lack of inventory on Canadian soil. This costs customers valuable time,” Finch says. “With our on-hand inventory, we can deliver valuable components in a matter of days, not weeks.”

Distributing electrical components from some of the leading global manufacturers, Southwest Energy continues to add globally emerging manufacturers to its roster of electrical component and sensor brands: Lutze, Klemsan, Nader, EuroSwitch and others.

“We saw a need in the market to introduce emerging innovation and provide better quality to value electrical components throughout a variety of industries.” said Philip Hughes, general manager at Southwest Energy, “Our mission is to become the distributor of choice for industrial design engineers and having the right products in stock and bringing on the right people to help us deliver to customers is part of fulfilling our mission.”
