Delta-Q Technologies acquired by ZAPI S.p.A.

Burnaby BC-based Delta-Q Technologies, a leader in battery charging solutions for electric vehicles and industrial machines, has been acquired by ZAPI S.p.A., an Italian based manufacturer of electronic speed controllers, electric motors, battery chargers and associated products for electric and hybrid vehicles.

After the acquisition, the group will employ over 1,200 people in its main facilities worldwide with a total revenue of more than USD$400-million.
