SMTC changes corporate HQ to San Jose

SMTC Corp. a global electronics manufacturing services provider, announced that its San Jose CA location will become the new corporate headquarters.

The firm’s Toronto location will be known as the SMTC Toronto Division and will remain an important part of the organization representing several ‘Centers of Excellence.’

“This new direction will better position SMTC Corp. to its investors while continuing to develop new customers globally and serve existing customers with the same world class service levels that we have been known for,” said Sushil Dhiman CEO and president of SMTC Corp.

Founded in 1985, SMTC Corp. is a mid-size provider of end-to-end electronics manufacturing services (EMS) including PCBA production, systems integration and comprehensive testing services, enclosure fabrication, as well as product design, sustaining engineering and supply chain management services.
