Future Electronics adds two new vendors

Montreal-based and distributor of electronic components Future Electronics, has signed a global distribution partnership with Adesto Technologies, providers of industry leading DataFlash and Serial Flash, in addition to next generation ultra low power CBRAM non-volatile memory solutions.

“We are delighted to engage with Adesto Technologies, a global leader in the non-volatile memory space, as this strengthens our ability to create compelling design solutions for our global customers and will help us further build our proven track record of uncovering new and exciting design opportunities in a wide range of markets,” says Dragos Chima, director of product marketing for memory products at Future.

“With the addition of Future Electronics to our distributor network, we increase our reach and access to major electronics design customers,” adds Jim Monteverde, director of global distribution and customer service for Adesto. “Our goal is to continuously improve our customers’ experience. Expanding our sales channel network with partners that provide excellent technical and engineering support is important to our growth objectives.”

Through its dedicated wireless business unit, Future Connectivity Solutions, also recently reached an agreement to promote and sell Laird Embedded Wireless Solution’s extensive line of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Bluetooth low energy and proprietary wireless modules across North America, Europe, and APAC.

Laird provides wireless solutions for digital signage, medical, hospitality, industrial, and more. This distribution agreement allows Laird to take advantage of Future’s extensive field engineering resources and world class physical distribution capabilities to help better serve Laird’s customers.
