ISO 9001:2008 is a quality management system standard produced by the International Organization for Standardization and its aim is to help companies consistently meet customer needs, as well as appropriate regulatory requirements. The standard is also intended to enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement and the involvement of employees from entry level to top management in this improvement.
