IEWC, Milwaukee WI, has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the assets of Westlake Electronic Supply, a leading supplier of electronic components to the broadcast, audio video telecommunication and RF markets.
The acquisition will support IEWC’s global initiatives within the broadcast & communications market and provide an additional stocking warehouse in the Pacific Northwest. Since 1952, Westlake Electronic Supply has provided its customers with quality products and high service levels.
“With its customer-centric approach to distribution, Westlake is a natural fit within the IEWC family and a great enhancement to IEWC’s growing global presence and delivery network,” says Paul Bryant, IEWC’s chief commercial officer.
