Philips fourth quarter earnings hit by regulatory fines; sells entertainment arm to Funai

AMSTERDAM, NL – Royal Philips Electronics will sell its entertainment division to Funai Electric Co. of Japan for €150 million (euro) plus licensing fees, reports Toby Sterling of The Associated Press.
