Celestica acquires Allied Panels

Celestica Inc. - a printed circuit board assembly contract manufacturer - announced it completed the acquisition of Allied Panels Entwicklungs-und Produktions Gmbh - a medical engineering and manufacturing service provider.
This acquisition is to expand and broaden Celestica’s capabilities in the healthcare diagnostics and imaging market to include a centre in Europe. The company will now be referred to as AlliedPanels – a Celestica healthcare company. Details are not disclosed.
