Weidmuller has introduced the BLF series of pluggable PCB connectors. The push-in connector plugs, available in 5.00 and 5.08 mm pitches, allow users the flexibility of using solid, stranded or ferruled wires.

Enlarged wire entries provide a clamping range of up to 2.5 mm2 to accommodate wire ferrules with plastic collars and meet minimum creepage requirements. To reduce the strain on the PCB when releasing the connector in the field, the BLF plug is available with multiple, tool-less locking and releasing options. Integrated test points offer fast manual diagnosis for on-the-spot troubleshooting. BLF series plugs are UL and CSA rated for 300 V, 10 A and wire sizes of 26-12 AWG.
