Anadigics powers Samsung's handsets

Anadigics, Inc. announced that two of its WCDMA power amplifiers (PAs)
have been chosen by Samsung to power the manufacturer’s new Omnia HD
and Memoir 3G handsets. Anadigic’s AWT6224 3G power amplifier device
has been selected for use in Samsung’s new full touchscreen Omnia HD,
the world’s first mobile handset to offer HD video recording, while the
AWT6282 has been chosen to power the 8 megapixel, Memoir handset.
