Electronics CELSanyo Denki has introduced into its San Ace 172 family of DC cooling fan motors a quiet, energy-efficient GV-type series that provides high airflow.
Available in 24- and 48-volt models, the San Ace 172GV is a sidecut-style fan motor measuring 172 x 150 x 51 millimeters (6.77 x 5.9 x 2 inches) and designed for use in server units, data storage systems, communications equipment, and a variety of industrial equipment. The San Ace 172GV’s design increases maximum airflow by as much as 66% over its predecessor (11.32m3/min, 400 CFM, 690 Pa/2.77 inH2O), while consuming 20% less power (96 watts).
