THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. – Cirrus Logic Inc., a manufacturer of high-precision analog and mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs), and Digi-Key Corp. announced the signing of a global distribution agreement.
Cirrus Logic’s products will be featured in Digi-Key’s print and online catalogues and will be available for purchase directly from Digi-Key. This distribution agreement with Cirrus Logic will allow Digi-Key to fulfill the design as well as the production needs of its customers worldwide, the companies said in a statement.
In an another agreement, with Micron Technology Inc., Digi-Key will distribute Micron’s advanced memory and image sensor solutions.
Customers will be able to access Micron’s metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensors through Digi-Key’s streamlined process, which includes 24-hour online purchasing of sample, prototype and production quantities.
Digi-Key has also signed a distribution agreement with Helicomm, to distribute wireless networking solutions. Under the agreement, Digi-Key will operate as Helicomm’s distributor for its complete line of Zig-Bee compliant wireless products.
Digi-Key’s inventory of Helicomm Zig-Bee-compliant products includes a range of IP-link embedded modules, M2M terminals and EZ-Net development kits.
