Southco, a leading global provider of engineered access solutions including latches, captive fasteners, hinges, handles, and other accessories, recently acquired Dzus and Hartwell-Dzus. Both companies are premier suppliers of quick-acting fasteners and latches. Dzus and Hartwell-Dzus manufacture a range of access hardware for targeted complementary markets including information technology, aerospace and automotive. Dzus is the original inventor and innovator of the popular quarter-turn fasteners.
