LuxLEDs surface-mount LEDs provide light output
levels up to 24cd each. They are for use as backlights, for automotive and
aircraft interiors, and in industrial and medical equipment.
LuxLEDs combine
LED die and a standard style LED lens with a lead frame package. This package
allows reverse PC board mounting. LuxLEDs also include built-in heat management
technology allowing the devices to run with forward currents up to If = 120mA,
with no need for additional heat sinking or cooling.
