Device answers communications, industrial control and automation and power supply market needs for increasingly higher power density circuit protection components in more compact packages. Product series supports power wattage up to 5000 watts that helps ensure dc power port and communication lines are well protected against overvoltage transients. Device deliver improved line voltage clamping as compared to the performance of competing metal oxide varistor (MOV) technologies. These unidirectional/bidirectional protection devices provide breakdown voltage from 12 to 170 volts.
