MELEXIS MLX73290-A low power wireless IC solution provides a sophisticated multi-channel RF transceiver, combined with a 3-dimensional low frequency (3DLF) interface that supports ultra-low power operation. Through its integration of sub-GHz RF and low-frequency technologies, device is highly optimized for use in vehicle activation, logistics and various IoT applications. Device’s 3DLF interface provides an automatic and fully programmable scan mode, constantly polling for a valid low frequency (LF) signal on the 3 differential receive coil inputs. This permits a typical 4uA power consumption in LF detection mode. Devices are supplied in 5mm x 5mm 32-lead QFN packages, covering an operational temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. http://www.melexis.com/MLX73290-A
