SERVOFLO ME75X Ceramic Pressure Sensor Series measures high pressures in medical environments. The monolithic piezoresistive ceramic devices are available in various gauge pressure ranges from 2 to 400 bar. An onboard ASIC provides an amplified and calibrated output. With a wide operating temperature range of -25C to +125C, three output options are available: 0.5-4.5V ratiometric, 4-20mA, or 0-10V non-ratiometric. When the temperature changes, the internal electronics provides an offset and span correction along with aging detection and compensation. With a diameter of 18mm, device provides high linearity and repeatability ranging from <0.2% to <1.5% depending on the pressure range with an overall accuracy of <1% full-scale.
