EVERLIGHT ELECTRONICS Shwo LED Lighting Series high power, high brightness LED in a compact ceramic package, provides high luminosity for advanced lighting applications. The surface-mount device comes in a compact size of 3.5×3.5×1.85mm, with the capability of 100~700mA driving currents, and can reach up to 3 watts. The minimum luminous flux (lm) of the 1W Shwo can be up to 100lm at 6500K(CCT) or 80lm at 3000K(CCT) when driven with 350mA current.
