High frequency, compact VCXO reduces phase jitter by 80%

NDK AMERICA NV7050SA high frequency series SMD VCXO (Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator) obtains frequencies upwards of 700MHz (available in a range of 170 to 700MHz) without the use of PLL frequency multiplication methods. The end result is the reduction of phase jitter as low as 38.0fs (femtoseconds) (100fs max.), a reduction of more than 80% when compared to previously available products in this class. Product package measures L= 7.0 x W= 5.0 x H= 1.6mm.
