Hall-Effect latches enhance protection for high voltage transients

ALLEGRO MICROSYSTEMS A1225, A1227 and A1229 Hall-effect latches are temperature-stable and stress resistant sensor ICs suited for operation over extended temperature ranges to 150C. Devices provide robust solution for applications that require high voltage transient protection close to the sensors inside the system. Enhanced ESD structures provide ESD protection up to 8kV HBM without external protection components and internal protection circuits enable these device to survive 40V load dump compliance without external protection components.
