CMOS voltage regulator reduces output dropout

SEIKO INSTRUMENTS S-11L10 Series CMOS positive voltage regulator IC provides low output voltage, high-accuracy output voltage and low current consumption (150mA output current). A 1.0F small ceramic capacitor can be used, operating with low current consumption of 9A typ. The overcurrent protection circuit prevents the load current from exceeding the capacitance of output transistor. Device’s power-off circuit ensures longer battery life.
