Cleaning process tracking system captures data

KYZEN InstaTrak add-on monitoring system captures the process data of an in-line aqueous cleaning system. System provides process traceability of printed circuit board assemblies cleaned in an in-line cleaning system from beginning to end. Unit can barcode scan a pcb assembly and associate all of the in-line process parameters to that board. Process parameters include conveyor speeds, tank temperatures and spray bar pressures. When used in conjunction with firm’s PCS, it will provide data for chemical concentration and wash pump run hours (bath life).
