Ceramic chip inductors boost Q factors in 0805 size

COILCRAFT 0805HP Series ceramic wirewound chip inductors provide high Q factors in 0805 size at frequencies up to 3GHz. Device is available with 23 inductance values ranging from 2.6 to 820nH, with 2% tolerance available for most values. Devices provide a wirewound construction for self resonance up to 9.5GHz and lowers DCR (as low as 15mOhm) than the previous generation products. RoHS compliant devices have silver-palladium-platinum-glass frit terminations and deliver a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C.
