FREEBENCHMARKING.COM, the web-based price benchmarking and risk assessment service for electronic components launched by Lytica Inc. Ottawa, has reached sales partnerships aimed at expanding its presence into key markets across Canada and Northern California.

Enabler Tech Inc., a technology provider based in Toronto, will market FREEBENCHMARKING.COM, as well as Lytica's supply chain and operations management consulting services across Canada to the BC border. "When I first was exposed to FREEBENCHMARKING.COM, I knew that it had the ability to become a true 'game-changer'. I'm very excited that EnablerTech will now be able to help Canadian customers leverage this powerful knowledge tool, and the additional supply chain and operations consulting services that the Lytica team represent," says Mark Tayles, president of Enabler Tech.

With more than 20-years of technology sales & marketing experience, Cariken Enterprises Inc. will act as FREEBENCHMARKING.COM's exclusive representative for the BC market. "I know of no other analytical service that provides an equally comprehensive assessment of component costs, enabling any electronics manufacturer to understand best-in-class pricing for their purchased electronics parts. Cariken sees FREEBENCHMARKING.COM as a key differentiator that will provide BC OEMs with a significant competitive advantage in the global marketplace, according to Ken Tanner, president, Cariken Enterprises.

"Companies can easily, quickly, and confidentially compare their electronic components pricing against FREEBENCHMARKING.COM's proprietary database of current industry pricing, based on total component spending and spending by commodity," says Ken Bradley, president of Lytica Inc.

FREEBENCHMARKING.COM is an industry reference for component price competitiveness and risk assessment. The service provides users with the information necessary to negotiate more competitive pricing and reduce supply chain risk. Every client that confidentially submits its components cost data receives, within a day, a customized electronic report that not only assesses cost competitiveness in terms of cost advantage or disadvantage to others, but also highlights areas of risk related to single-sourced and end-of-life components.

"We are so confident in our ability to identify potential cost savings, the report comes with a money-back guarantee," Bradley says.
