TTI Inc., Fort Worth TX, has acquired Astrex Electronics, a privately held connector distribution specialist headquartered in Plainview NY.

Astrex will operate independently of the TTI organization until such time as system integration is complete. McGuire will report directly to Morton beginning immediately and subsequent to the integration.
