Whether that be in new product introduction, sustaining engineering practices, maintenance and support, Xpresstest understands the challenges faced at each stage of the product lifecycle and how to deliver solutions to navigate all of them, according to Testforce Systems president Sami Stephan.

Collaborative approach to selling transactional products

“Xpresstest takes a collaborative approach to selling transactional products, because the purchase is only one step of a much longer journey. Xpresstest support staff are readily available, knowledgeable and helps an organization simplify complex decisions,” explained Stephan. “Xpresstest continues to build on the existing relationships, which have made Testforce a trusted company in the test equipment industry.”

Xpresstest has a strong local presence across Canada and is headquartered in the Toronto area (Pickering). To that end, Xpresstest will provide and support programs including on-site company visits, in-depth training, and technical seminars.

“We work with our customers to gain an understanding of their requirements, by providing knowledgeable service, fast delivery and great value.” concludes Stephan.
