Digi-Key Electronics has reached a distribution agreement with Excelitas Technologies Corp., global technology provider of optical and photonic solutions, meeting the lighting, detection and optical technology needs of customers worldwide.
Select products from Excelitas’ broad portfolio of illumination, optoelectronic and sensor/detection products are now available for online purchase at Digi-Key’s global websites.
“Adding Excelitas products to our global product offering makes it easier for engineering teams to explore and purchase from a full selection of lighting and detection solutions for their designs,” says David Stein, VP, global semiconductor at Digi-Key. “Our customers can now find even more of the components they need for their R&D and product development projects from a single, convenient source.”
Initially, Digi-Key will add a selection of more than 100 Excelitas products to their catalogue offering. This will include Photonic Detectors, Thermal Infrared Sensors, and a variety of LED, Xenon, Flashlamp and Arc Lamp illumination solutions covering the spectrum from IR to UV.
