Specialists in printed circuit boards (pcbs), Quebec City-based Circuits Imprimes de la Capitale has altered its leadership via a recent business transaction.

Fedin has a background in electronic engineering in addition to 23-years of experience in Canada and Israel, plus 10 years in the CIC. Dubois has 45-years experience in the electronics industry and printed circuits in both Canada and the United States. He worked at the CIC for the past decade.
