Quebec City-based contract electronics manufacturer (CEM) M2S Electronics has set out with a strategic plan of expansion and growth for its business. According to the firm’s CEO Mario Marcotte, M2S has put an emphasis on ensuring it has the resources to satisfy the customer’s total demands.
Founded in 1981, M2S has always been strong serving such industry segments such as: railway transportation, HVAC, energy, medical and many others.
The adaptable nature of M2S allows its customers to benefit from considerable service expertise, products and turnkey solutions, Marcotte says. M2S provides four complete services under the same roof, including R&D, production, engineering, as well as local or international assembly.
Buoyed by the establishment of its customer experience program earlier this year, the firm has witnessed significant growth, adding 10 new customers since April. Remaining focused on implementing a strategic growth plan, Marcotte aims to bring raise the profile of M2S within North America and Europe.
