OKI Data Americas to open Montreal office

OKI Data Americas will open an office in Montreal in order to better accommodate its expanding business and emerging opportunities in and around the province of Quebec.

Headquartered in Mount Laurel NJ, OKI Data Americas also operates office space in Mississauga ON. The firm markets PC peripheral equipment and customized solutions under the OKI brand, including digital colour and monochrome printers and multifunction products, serial impact dot matrix printers, thermal label and POS printers, as well as a full line of options, accessories and consumables.

OKI Data executives including Masahiko Morioka, president and chief executive officer and Mario Pallotta, general manager of Canada, will be present for the grand opening, together with a host of partners and customers that will also be present for a formal ribbon cutting ceremony.

In addition to housing business offices, this new location will include a customer experience center for sales training sessions and product demonstrations. A variety of OKI printing solutions will be showcased in this new center, including a selection of A4 and A3 colour and monochrome multifunction printers and copier-based models for BTA channel distributors, plus the revolutionary five-station C941dn Multimedia Production Platform device, and the award-winning C831dn colour single function printer.

“OKI Data Americas is thrilled to announce the expansion of our presence in Canada with the opening of our new office in Montreal,” said Masahiko Morioka, president and CEO of OKI Data Americas. “OKI Data’s commitment to our dealers is significant, and with this additional Canadian office, we will achieve an even stronger bond with them.”

“OKI’s growth – and potential for growth – in and around the province of Quebec is justification for us to establish a larger presence and relationship with the region,” adds Mario Pallotta, general manager, Canada at OKI Data Americas. “We are excited to have offices in both the first and second largest cities in Canada where we can be of even greater service to our customers.”

All OKI Data products are built on parent company OKI Data Corporation’s history of leadership and innovation. Most of OKI Data’s colour printing solutions feature Single Pass Color as well as proprietary digital LED and HD Colour technologies. These technologies allow OKI Data Americas to manufacture products that require fewer moving parts for increased reliability and outstanding colour output quality.
