Celebrating its 15-year anniversary Cogiscan Inc., Bromont QC, was founded in 1999 by three manufacturing engineers with a vision to seamlessly connect materials, machines and software in electronics manufacturing.
The firm has grown to become a global leader in the industry for track, trace and control (TTC) solutions. During this time, Cogiscan has developed innovative solutions to solve challenging industry problems. Among others, it was the first company to automate tracking of moisture-sensitive components. The company also developed the unique and patented RFID Smart Feeder system that is used on hundreds of machines around the world. Cogiscan is now widely recognized as the expert provider of traceability solutions for electronics assembly.
“I would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of our customers, partners and employees who have contributed to our success,” says François Monette, who co-founded the firm with André Corriveau and Vincent Dubois. “We truly enjoyed the first 15 years and we look forward to the next 15 and beyond.”
