I’ve been in research mode the past two to three weeks, attending several conferences and reading Gartner, Aberdeen Group and SCM World research. I’ve attended a conference on services, and a peer forum with presentations and one-on-ones with Lenovo, Intel, HP, Samsung, Pitney-Bowes, Toys “R” Us, GE, Coca-Cola and NASA on the topic of what makes their supply chains successful.
