Speaking at electronica 2012 in Munich, Jérôme Smolinski, senior product manager at C&K Components, describes the company’s rugged top-actuated pico switch for consumer electronics that claims to provide the smallest footprint in the market. The momentary action pushbutton switch has a maximum power rating of .5 VA, maximum voltage rating of 32 Vdc, and is fully functionality within a temperature range of -40º to 85ºC.
