Schottky rectifier for solar panel applications

This device consists of two 5 A Schottky rectifiers in a common cathode configuration. The low forward voltage drop (0.8 V), low reverse leakage (50A) and outstanding thermal performance (-65 C to 175 C) make the CSHD10-100C suitable for high temperature applications such as by-pass diode functions for solar panel circuitry. Other applications include dc-dc output rectification and reverse polarity protection.
