Created for engineers developing and testing LTE devices, an update on the technology and measurement solutions with hands on demonstrations will be presented. The workshop includes: Concepts of 3GPP LTE; Simulation for 3GPP LTE – From Concept-to-Test; and LTE RF Design and Troubleshooting.
While LTE has a big potential to enhance 3G networks and enable significant new service opportunities, its commercial success requires the early availability of measurement solutions that parallel the standard’s development. In this presentation we will cover practical signal generation and analysis techniques for both uplink and downlink LTE physical layer signal structure.
