The optoelectronic products currently available include: 1550nm receiver modules based on low noise, high gain gallium arsenide avalanche photodiode modules; 905nm laser pulsers hermetically sealed fibre pigtailed transceiver/receiver modules for high-reliability aerospace applications; 1064nm custom silicon and avalanche photodiode modules for laser designation; laser radar and proximity fuses.
