The insulated PIDG Faston is a solid tin plated brass tab with nylon insulation around the crimp end.
The product can be used in in-line splicing applications along with an appropriate insulated receptacle. Wiring harnesses in a variety of industrial and commercial equipment as well as control systems are potential applications for this product. The tabs are classified as a “250” product, which identifies its width as .250 inches.
