QStack BGA power delivery modules are for low voltage semiconductors that require multiple decoupling capacitors to ensure clean power delivery.

The closer these capacitors are to the power and delivery leads on an IC, the better they perform. A QStack module is a small PCB with decoupling capacitors on one side, and solder balls on the other side. The solder ball side is assembled to pads that are ‘dog-boned’ off of the through hole vias on the bottom side of the board.
